INCEPTION
The name CONSULCOM was inspired to reflect the company’s mission in providing engineering consultancy, design, technical support & construction management for building's architectural, structural and MEP services.
The company’s conceptual development came into reality based on its founder's acquired fifteen years of extensive construction & engineering expertise, backed up with a technical and project management team having 30+ years of project's design and delivery experience, primarily in the UAE and within the GCC countries.

CONSULCOM is getting involved deeply into detailed concept and executive designs for building's architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire fighting services.
The company's highly qualified team interacts directly with the projects' clients to assure full satisfaction, from the concept design development till successful handing over.

Being ATD (Accredited Tier Designer) & ATS (Accredited Tier Specialist) certified by UPTIME institute with a remarkable data centers' involvement history, CONSULCOM is able to provide technical engineering & project management support for clients, from the concept design development stage till successful handing over to the end user, including the final facility tier certification.
Since proper flawless operation of the facility and health safety of the end user's working team are considered of high importance by CONSULCOM, we are providing electro-magnetic shielding solutions for such critical environment and other projects' types like hospitals, in collaboration with system's manufacturing partner from Italy.

CONSULCOM strives to provide the needed support for clients starting from concept design development stage of the project.
The company handles developing & implementing efficient engineering and construction management strategies while aligning between high quality standards, client's budget & time limits, throughout various phases of the project.

Founder & General Manager
Georges Naoufal, BEng, ATD
Georges is the founder and general manager of CONSULCOM. His C-suite executive level experience is demonstrated throughout fifteen years of extensive project management services in the United Arab Emirates. He is a holder of bachelor degree in mechanical engineering and Accredited Tier Designer (ATD) certificate from UPTIME institute.
